With a passion for growth and development in Jamaica’s ICT sector, Ms. Jacqueline Sutherland has put her vast expertise as an Information Technology executive and her knowledge in people and business management to work by founding Global Gateway Solutions in 2007.

Ms. Sutherland has worked assiduously throughout the years to put Global Gateway Solutions on the map and consequently, Global Gateway Solutions has earned the title of being “Jamaica’s fastest growing call centre” by the industry’s leading publication, Nearshore Americas.
